Although we prefer patients to come to the surgery to make consultations as efficient as possible for the clinical team, we do understand that there will be times when you'll be too ill to travel.

If possible please try to telephone reception on  01733 240 478 before 10am if you require a home visit. Requests for home visits after this time will only be accepted if there is an emergency.

You can be visited at home by a District Nurse if you are referred by your GP. You will also be visited at home by a Health Visitor if you have recently had a baby or if you are newly registered with a GP and have a child under five years.
