Thanks for your service, Chris

We’d like to say thank you and well done to Patient Services Adviser, Chris Watts, on receiving her five year Long Service award.

She says she thoroughly enjoys her job, helping patients both face to face and on the phone.

After working at NHS 111 she joined Yaxley in July 2019 and said: ‘It is a very friendly practice and I was very impressed at the  way I was introduced to everybody even before I got the job.  It is a very 'can do' practice and everyone goes above and beyond to meet patients’ needs.

‘The best thing about my role is speaking to patients and helping to solve their issues and, as protocols change all the time, there are constant new challenges every day, but I love my role and trying to make a difference to patients and colleagues.’
