Scam call alert!
We’ve had two patients contact us to report suspicious phone calls from the number 0121 6631 391.
The caller claims to be working for Vitality Health and says they are working closely with the patient’s GP surgery. They ask multiple questions about health and then request bank details for some supposed necessary tablets.
We are not working with them in any way.
If you or anyone you know receives such a call, please report it immediately. Please alert any relatives or friends to ignore calls from this number.
Thankfully, both patients hung up and reported it to us.
We have notified fraud authorities.
