Friends and Family Test Results

I’ve been a patient along with my late husband of Dr Bahtia for 5 or more yrs & I can say he’s the best ! All Drs are great along with all staff, friendly receptionist! I would highly recommend Yaxley they really need to get No: 1 spot for surgery of the year!

You are always able to speak with a doctor when needed and always offered a face to face appointment if needed. The online system is great and convenient, receptionists are always helpful too. Doctors and nurses have always listened to me and explained things and all of them have been great with my son even when he can be a little uncooperative!

The team at lakeside Yaxley have always been very responsive and helpful, but in the last three weeks all three of my children have needed medical help and the staff have been fantastic. From call back from the GP to receptionist to Nurse Practitioner appointment through to medicine being prescribed 5 minutes later. I cannot fault them. All have been approachable and informative and the lines of communication have been left open if we need them again.

The service I’ve received from Lakeside Healthcare at Yaxley is, in my opinion, wonderful both as a patient and a carer for my husband. This includes Rowlands Pharmacy staff to whom we’re both grateful for going over and above their usual high quality service. Thank you for all your help.
